SEC Screener

Browse the US SEC EDGAR universe before or alongside an assessment.

CAPTURED Column names, row actions, filter options, starter-screen templates, the metric vocabulary and the FLWS row are verbatim from the live screener. What is designed is the arrangement — which control sits in which row, the sticky first column and the pagination footer. Three cells the capture did not return are marked where they sit.
Purpose

Start the InvestorOS research funnel with company discovery and observation marks.

Sources

Company identity and filing facts come from SEC EDGAR. EOD price context comes from the Finnhub cache when a current record exists.

Use it to

Search or filter the directory, then mark a company for observation or start an assessment.

Saving a screen preserves your criteria, not a list of companies.
Templates are starting criteria, not shortlists. A template fills the metric and threshold beside it; nothing is pre-selected on your behalf, and the template name describes the test, not the companies that pass it. The metric list above is captured verbatim and the capture ends inside it — Accrual… is where it was cut, so the remainder is left out rather than guessed. Threshold is a designed label: the capture shows the metric list and the Add filter control, but not the comparator field between them.
RULE This screen filters and sorts on criteria you chose. It does not produce a best, top or recommended list, and the order of the rows carries no judgement — change the sort and the same companies come back in a different order. Outside current filters is a statement about your criteria, not about the company.

One row is shown because one row is what the capture confirms. Further directory rows render identically.
Reading the columns. Match states whether the row clears the criteria you set, nothing more — Outside current filters is the captured wording. Why matched reads Not available when nothing matched, the same phrase the product uses wherever no source record is held. Completeness counts the fields EDGAR actually returned for this company; it measures the data, not the business. Missing names the fields it did not. User mark is an action you take; the app never assigns a company a mark, a grade or an order of preference. Start assessment is the transition into First Pass — until you take it on some row, First Pass has no company and shows its empty state.
Completeness, Missing and User mark are the product’s own column names, but the capture returned only this row’s identity, price and match state. The three values shown are illustrative and marked as such.
What each row action doesYour record
1 Mark watch — keeps the company in view with today’s date and no obligation. It is also a directory filter, so a mark is how you find it again. Reversible
2 Add to list — files the company under a list you keep. A list is a container you named, not a ranking. Reversible
3 Start assessment — opens First Pass against that company and begins a dated record you can be held to. Creates a record
All three verbs are captured row actions. The one-line description under each is designed. None of the three ripens into another on its own — a mark never becomes an assessment without you.
Additional contextData context

Facts already available to OwnerMind are shown here. A missing field is a source gap for this company, not a global statement.

The heading is captured on this page; this copy is the same named component captured on the Business Quality page, reused here rather than invented. Confirm it before build.
Global markets contextHeading only

This section exists on the live screener — the heading is in the capture — but its body was cut off before it was read. Nothing is drawn here rather than inventing a market panel this product may not have.

Needs one more capture. Flagged rather than filled, because a markets panel is exactly the kind of surface that grows a verdict if nobody is watching.
